Who is Barbara?
From €5 yoga classes in someone's backyard to a multiple six-figure spiritual business.
In 2018 I taught yoga classes for €5 per person. Sometimes four people showed up.
I had already spent years studying healing, energy work and ceremony. I could facilitate, teach and deeply move people. But being good at your work and knowing how to build a business are two completely different skills. I had to learn the second one.
Over the years those tiny yoga classes grew into an international business, with more freedom in my life instead of every hour filled with sessions.
Today I sell programs while I am sleeping, travelling or standing barefoot in the jungle. And underneath all of that is something I wish someone had taught me much earlier:
