Your medicine is bigger than the modalities you learned
I started my first healing training in 2011 and for years I kept learning.
Healing, energy work, yoga, shamanism, tantra, Akashic work, Kundalini, plant medicine, ceremonies… I wanted to understand all of it.
And I am incredibly grateful for everything I learned, because all those years shaped the way I work today.
But at some point something changed.
I stopped thinking about which modality I was using.
I could be in a session and work with energy, move into de-armouring, receive information through the Akashic field, bring someone into movement, work with a plant, suddenly know that we needed to go outside or simply sit beside someone in silence.
I wasn't thinking anymore:
Which technique belongs here?
I was listening.
And that is what I want for the women I teach.
I don't want you to become a copy of me.
I don't want you to facilitate the same ceremony for the next ten years because that is the ceremony you once learned in a training.
I want you to learn the work so deeply that eventually you can let go of the way you were taught to do it.
Because then it becomes yours.
And from there, we can build.

And when I say the work, I don't mean that I am going to give you one protocol and certify you to repeat it.
I want you to understand energy. I want you to understand the body. I want you to know what happens when you bring people together in ceremony, how to create a space that feels safe enough for someone to actually open, how to work with the medicines nature gives us and how to trust yourself when a session suddenly goes somewhere you didn't plan.
We work with cacao and Blue Lotus, with women's circles and ceremony, with the Akashic Records, Kundalini Activation, holistic chakra healing, tantric de-armouring and the different ways energy can move through a person and through a space.
And yes, you will learn techniques.
You need the foundation before you can let go of it.
But somewhere along the way I want you to stop wondering whether you are doing it right.
I want you to notice that you can feel what is needed.
That you trust your hands.
That you trust what you receive.
That you have stopped hiding behind the modality and have started becoming the practitioner.

And then there is the part nobody taught most of us.
How to actually make money with all of this.
I know this part very well because there was a time when I had all kinds of knowledge, could facilitate beautiful work and was teaching yoga in someone's backyard for €5 per person.
The work was good.
My business wasn't.
And I see so many incredibly talented women stuck in exactly that place. They keep learning because learning feels safe, while the thing that would actually change their life is learning how to turn everything they already know into a business.

Those questions have nothing to do with whether you are a gifted healer. And being deeply intuitive doesn't magically give you the answers.

I'm Barbara.
And I think the easiest answer is that I have lived every part of this journey myself.
I know what it is like to want to learn everything because you are still searching for the thing that will finally make you trust yourself.
I know what it is like to be very good at the actual work and have absolutely no idea how to turn that into a business.
I know what it is like to teach for €5 per person and wonder how on Earth this is ever going to become an income.
